I helped a friend install the modem drivers and in the process it asked for {arch}. What does the term mean? After we installed from the floppy and set up the connection, it said we were connected at 115200bps, but it said it still wasn't recognizing the module (module unknown). And we could not get Google or other search engines to load. Said they were not valid URLs. Can you help?
