Hi,

according to the file you have posted, your modem with PCI ID 8086:24C6 
is actually a AC97 bus to which a modem is connected. However, this 
modem could be based on a chipset by various manufacturers and only 
Conexant is supported by the HSF modem driver that you can download at:

http://www.linuxant.com/drivers/hsf/downloads-license.php

It is quite possible, again according to the file, that this is a modem 
based on a Conexant chipset so it is quite possible that our driver will 
be compatible with your modem.
