[hsflinux] Modem on Acer Aspire 3023WLMi

Hi
The patch works - the modem initialises and I can hear it dialling then
negotiating with my ISP. I can ping the ISP, though the returns are
very slow (as much as 12 seconds), then after a few minutes the
connection is dropped. I will look into this problem and report back.
