[hsflinux] Speed restriction

Hi,

while the modem is connected, please send at support at linuxant.com the 
output of the 2 following commands in a root shell:

---
hsfconfig --info
cat /proc/driver/h*/0/lastcallstatus
---

This information will help us solve the problem.
