Hi,
your modem is connected to an AC97 bus and this modem could be provided
by various manufacturers but only the ones provided by Conexant are
supported by our HSF modem driver.
Please run the 'hsfconfig --info' command in a root shell and if your
modem is not based on a Conexant chipset, it will be reported in the
output of the 'dmesg' command, near the end.
If you require more assistance, please send at support at linuxant.com the
output of 'dumpdiag'. Type the following in a root shell:
---
hsfconfig --dumpdiag
---
Just send us the generated file located in /tmp ('hsfdiag.txt'). It'll
help us solve the problem.
Regards,
Jonathan
