[hsflinux] Kernel Oops on loading hsf modules (Ubuntu Breezy)

Hi,
according to the information you have posted, it seems to be a modem
based on the Conexant HSF chipset. With the PCI ID 1002:4378, it should
be supported by our HSF modem driver.
You have either hit an unknown bug in the HSF modem driver that might be
fixed in a future release of the driver. It could also be a kernel
problem like I have mentioned in my previous posts.
