[hsflinux] rpm building problem on Modified FC5 kernel

Hi,
     I modified FC5 kernel and now want to have working hsfmodem
driver for that. So i downloaded source and then used
  rpmbuild -ta hsfmodem-7.47.00.01full.tar.gz 1>out 2>err
and got some errors that i am attaching here.
      What changes i need then to build rpm for modified FC5 kernel?
