[hsflinux] HSF as a fax answers the phone but doesn't beep

this line looks suspicious:

I guess that the modem driver is reporting "BUSY" to HylaFax. Can you 
generate even more debugging information so we could perhaps see what AT 
command did generate the BUSY reply from the driver.
