[hsflinux] dial-up interrupting after installation of "hsfmodem_7.60.00.09full_i386.deb" for Conexant HD Audio modem

Hi,

everything seems fine in the dump you have provided except for the 
following message in your 'dmesg':

This message can be problematic in some cases and there is no known 
workaround to solve it at the moment.

You could simply try with the 'AT &F X1' init. string to see if there is 
a difference.
