[hsflinux] ComCtrlOpen failed (2049)

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

would like to use my modem

H52PT-3515 CONEXANT RS56/SP PCI

on my opensuse 11.4-64bit system. After the installation of the driver I 
get the message from hsfconfig, the hsf driver can't detect any modem. 
In hsfdiag.txt I found the error

cnxthsf_7800206x86_64full_cnxt_serial_add: ComCtrlOpen failed (2049)

In the www I can't find real help for this error. Therefore I send it to 
you with the attached hsfdiag.txt and I hope you have the right tip for 
me to solve the problem.
