you have to do with the "iwconfig" tool

so e.g.:
iwconfig eth1 essid blabla
iwconfig eth1 key 7306D6C65787DF692BDEA4BE6A

or in general:
iwconfig eth1 essid <your ssid>
iwconfig eth1 key <your wep-key>
