Try using the Realtek's driver available here:
ftp://210.51.181.211/cn/wlan/rtl8180l/ndis5x-8180(173).zip It works well
for me with my LinkSys card basedon Realtek 8180L chipset.
BTW, notice, that they have just released new version of their drivers.
