Hi,
the problem is that you have installed a Windows XP driver for a
wireless card based on the Intel Centrino 2100 chipset while your
wireless card with PCI ID 168C:0012 is based on the Atheros chipset.
Please remove the installed Windows XP driver with the Web Configurator
and then please download and install the right Windows XP driver for
your wireless device. You can generally find the required Windows XP
driver on the CD that came with the device, on the website of the vendor
of the wireless card and finally, it is possible that we have a driver
for this device on our Windows driver download page at :
http://www.linuxant.com/driverloader/drivers.php
