[driverloader] Dell 5100 w/Truemobil 1300 card and SuSE 9.3

Hi,

support for the CONFIG_PREEMPT kernel option was greatly improved in 
DriverLoader 2.28 and is no longer a source of problems for most users.

The kernels of SuSE 9.3 are not compiled with this option enabled. You 
should be able to use the kernels of SuSE 9.3 without any modifications 
(recompilation or using another kernel) with DriverLoader.
