[hcflinux] HCF Rockwell (Conexant) 127A PCI modem support?

Hi Nick,

There is now a pretty good chance that support for old 127A devices
might be implemented soon. As soon as there are significant developments
I will let everyone know. Unfortunately it is not possible to give more
details at this time.
