[hcflinux] HCF USB Modem

I need a driver for HCF USB 56Kbps modem. I bought this modem under DLINK
brand and I found that it uses Conexant chipset.

My system is:
Pentium 4 1.8 Ghz.
Asus motherboard
OS: Linux Red Hat 9
