Hi,

after you have entered your password with 'minicom', do you see garbage 
(TCP/IP packets) on the screen or you receive nothing before the 'NO CARRIER' 
message? You should try to connect to your ISP from another computer to see 
if the problem is not at your ISP end.

If the problem is not at your ISP, please send at support at linuxant.com the 
output of 'dumpdiag'. Type the following in a root shell:

---
hsfconfig --dumpdiag
---

Just send us the generated file located in /tmp ('hsfdiag.txt').

You should also send us the output of the 
'cat /proc/driver/h*/0/lastcallstatus' command in a root shell just after you 
received the 'NO CARRIER' message.

All this information will help us solve the problem.
