[hcflinux] Package building help needed

Hi,
instead attempting to convert the pre-compiled RPM package, a new target
to the Makefile could be added, for example, slackdist and this target
would generate the pre-compiled package for Slackware. I guess that some
code from the rpmdist and debdist targets could be reused to code the
new one.
