[hsflinux] +FCLASS=X with X<>0 fails

Chuck, you are quoting the limitations page for HCF (which has fax
support) but HSF doesn't at the moment (as stated on its limitations
page). This is why on HSF 0 (data mode) is the only permitted value
for +FCLASS right now.
