I have D-Link DFM-560IS (56k Rockwell internal PCI Bus
Software Data/Fax/Voice Modem) 

But it has the conextant chipset (chip info)

The FCC ID is H52PT-3515

I think its an Conexant Softk56 PCI Modem, so do u
have the driver of it for Redhat Linux 8.0 , kernel
2.4.18-18.8.0

Please do guide me what i should do to make it work
under linux.
