[hsflinux] Strange dial-in problem

Hi,

can you please confirm that the modems work for dialing out?

Usually, on/off hook problems are related to the FLAGS/RELAYS settings in
"/etc/hsfmodem/nvm".

If the modem works under Windows (can receive calls properly), we can compare
the parameters with the INF file included with the Windows driver.
