Hi,
the license is bound to the modem and the motherboard so you will be able to
change your Linux kernel as well as your complete Linux distribution and your
licensing information will remain the same. In other words, you do not have
to buy a new license or upgrade your license.
If you do not use a generic package with sources, you will have to download
and install the driver in the pre compiled RPM format for Fedora Core 2 from
the HSF driver download page at :
http://www.linuxant.com/drivers/hsf/downloads-license.php
