[hsflinux] Fails to install on on configured FC1

Hi,

you will absolutely need to use a generic package with sources to 
compile the modules for your custom kernel. You can create a RPM with 
the generic package with source but it will create a RPM that will 
require gcc to compile the modules, so it wont help.

On a machine, you could use a generic package with sources to compile 
the modules for your custom kernel. You could then create your own 
package that will contains all the files in a generic package with 
sources and then add to this package the modules that was built for the 
specific kernel you have. These modules should be in the 
'/lib/modules/2.4.22-1.2197.nptlcustom/misc' directory.
