Hi,
the V32B modulation does support 14.4kbps connections but as you
reported, it seems that you are connect at 7200bps in the logs you have
sent us.
You could try to dial to another modem to see if you have the same
problem. You could also try one of the following init. strings :
---
AT &F W1 +ER=1; +DR=1; +MS=V32B,0,14400,14400,14400,14400
AT &F W1 +ER=1; +DR=1; +MS=V32B,1,14400,14400,14400,14400
---
