[hsflinux] *very* slow free modem

Hi,

the CONFIG_PREEMPT kernel option is known, in some cases, to be 
problematic with the HSF driver. If you have a kernel compiled with the 
option enabled and you experience some strange or random problems with 
the driver, removing this option sometimes fix the problem.
