[hsflinux] my hayes usb does not always work on boot

Hi,
while you have the problem and before you replug the device, please
generate a dump with the 'hsfconfig --dumpdiag' command in a root shell
and send it directly to support at linuxant.com, we will attempt to solve
the problem with that information.
