[hcflinux] modem hangups

Hello,
The hangup problems still continue when receiving large
amount of data. The HCF modem id is 1053 and I'm using kernel
2.4.17.
I've used kppp, xisp and also minicom+pppd directly.
I also doubt that it is relevant to the front ends at all,
as the hangups seems quiet randomaly in their frequencies.
The problems occur with all the HCF drivers I've tried : 0209 (0.98),
0109 (0.98) and 0.97.
I've tried all sort of init strings.
The modem works ok under Windows so it's not the ISP...
