Hi Marc thanks for your reply.
I have 1GB Ram with 2 Intel Pentium III CPU 1266 MHz

I got /hsfmodem-6.03.00lnxt03091200free and installed it see the log:

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Where is the linux source build directory that matches your running
kernel?
[/lib/modules/2.4.18-64GB-SMP/build]

WARNING: the kernel version (2.4.18-4GB) defined in
/lib/modules/2.4.18-64GB-SMP/build/include/linux/version.h
does not match the currently running kernel (2.4.18-64GB-SMP)
The cause of this problem is an incorrect kernel source path.
Please check that /lib/modules/2.4.18-64GB-SMP/build points to the right
tree.
The cause of this problem is usually a missing or misconfigured
kernel source tree (and sometimes an incorrect directory or symbolic
link).

Building modules for kernel 2.4.18-46GB-SMP, using source directory
/lib/modules/2.4.18-64GB-SMP/build. Please wait..
done.

ERROR: hsf driver not active
------------------------------------------------------------------------
----

Uname -r tells : 2.4.18-64GB-SMP

/lib/modules/2.4.18-64GB-SMP/build/include/linux/version.h contains :

#define UTS_RELEASE "2.4.18-4GB"
#define LINUX_VERSION_CODE 132114
#define KERNEL_VERSION(a,b,c) (((a) << 16) + ((b) << 8) + (c))

can you help me?

Hi Mohammad,

First, the version of the HCF driver you are using (0.98mbsibeta0211) is
really old and obsolete. The latest one is hcfpcimodem-1.00lnxt03091200,
available from www.linuxant.com.

Second, 127a:1025 is an ambiguous ID which, despite what lspci says, can
also
be HSF so you should also try the HSF driver if HCF doesn't work once
the
__out_of_line_bug below (which is another issue) has been resolved and
the driver can be loaded / tested.

Finally, in your installation log I see that you are using the
2.4.18-64GB-SMP
kernel, which is for SMP (multiprocessor) machines with more than 4
gigabytes
of memory. Do you have such a machine? If not, then you should
switch your kernel to 2.4.18-4GB or newer.
